Our Highlights
Building trust and resolving conflicts: a multi-day workshop for a major mobility provider
For a leading provider in the mobility sector, we designed and conducted a multi-day workshop aimed at strengthening mutual trust between management and the works council and resolving existing conflicts in the long term.
In a remote location, we created the ideal setting for open discussions and trust-building measures. In addition to moderated dialogue sessions, we carried out targeted exercises that took the participants out of their comfort zone and promoted mutual understanding. Initial reservations that the workshop might be too unconventional quickly gave way to the realization that the format met the participants' needs exactly.
After the successful trust-building measures, we moved on to productive working sessions. Together, those involved developed concrete next steps for future-oriented collaboration using stakeholder mapping and project planning canvasses. The result: a strengthened foundation for joint decisions and a clear roadmap supported by all parties.
