FACILITATION
By Moving Futures
An external perspective often brings clarity to where you have developed operational blindness. Too often, content responsibility and process structuring are mixed up. It helps to have experts at your side who provide structure and framework, so you can focus fully on the content. Good moderation and structure is a craft that we have learned from scratch. Whether for a single workshop or the support of an entire project - we adapt to your needs. With our fresh perspective, years of experience and expertise, we help you to work more efficiently and purposefully and to achieve better results. We are constantly inspired and certified by common methods (SCRUM, SAFe, Design Thinking). However, standards are only as good as they are adapted to the respective context. You decide, we support.

Our Highlights
Agile support in software development: Scrum Master in the financial sector
We took on the role of Scrum Master for a company in the financial sector and supported a development team in creating a new software solution. The aim was to create a structured, efficient and at the same time motivating working environment by using the Scrum method.
The project started with a large kickoff workshop in which the product and the roadmap were defined together. Then we worked in smaller teams to implement the individual tasks. My role included planning and moderating the sprints, conducting regular retrospectives to continuously improve work processes, and removing obstacles and resolving conflicts within the team.
Thanks to a positive work dynamic and a clear focus on the Scrum principles, the team was able to achieve the set goals not only on time, but also with noticeable joy and team spirit.

Director Storytelling & Facilitation
Goal-oriented processes are more than just agendas and project planning. It's about people - about their motivation, expertise and the will to achieve something together. I never lose sight of that in my work.
