For Kettelhack, a long-established textile manufacturer, we initially developed key strategic direction decisions in an intensive strategy process together with management — decisions that still shape the company's strategic conversations today. Since then, we regularly serve as a strategic sparring partner and coach for specific initiatives — we discuss, give feedback, moderate and facilitate important strategy workshops with management.
